What Rotevia is
Rotevia is software for building staff rotas, tracking hours and estimating staffing costs. It is a planning and reporting tool.
Rotevia is not payroll software, and it is not employment-law advice. Wage figures it produces are estimates for planning. Responsibility for correct pay, working-time compliance and record-keeping stays with the employer.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what is done under your account. Let us know promptly if you think it has been accessed by someone else.
Your data
The rota, employee records and hours you enter remain yours. We process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term unless separately agreed in writing.
Availability
We aim to keep Rotevia available and to give notice of planned maintenance. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage, and would rather say so than promise one we have not yet earned.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rotevia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
