Can Rotevia work for my business?

Can I create recurring shifts?

Yes. You can set regular schedules such as every Tuesday and Friday, and Rotevia will automatically display those shifts on every future week.

What if an employee cannot work one regular shift?

You can change or remove that individual shift without changing their regular schedule. Rotevia asks whether the change applies to that shift only, to that shift and everything after it, or to the whole schedule.

Does Rotevia calculate wages?

Rotevia calculates estimated wages using recorded hours and employee pay rates, taking unpaid breaks into account. If somebody's rate changes, earlier shifts keep the rate they were actually paid at.

Does Rotevia replace payroll software?

No. Rotevia provides rota, hours and wage-estimate tools, and is designed to be used alongside your payroll or accounting software.

Can I track holidays and sickness?

Yes. Employees can be marked unavailable for annual leave, sickness, training, university or any other reason. Unavailable dates show on the calendar, and Rotevia warns you if you schedule someone during one.

Can I use Rotevia on my phone?

Yes. Rotevia works on desktop, tablet and phone, with simplified day and list views for busy teams.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without a long-term contract, unless something different has been explicitly agreed.
